You'll learn to assist with online orders, operate digital displays, maintain our signature store presentation, and implement staffing protocols. Most importantly, you'll understand how to maintain the Renegade Classics brand standards that make us successful.

For locations offering custom fabrication or alterations, we provide additional specialized training. Our proven system works when followed precisely. During business hours, our support team is always available by phone or text — we ensure you never lose a sale due to uncertainty. Remember: even if customers don't purchase in-store, they may order through our corporate channels, earning you commission regardless. Every rider should leave your store with a positive experience.

Your franchise package includes a detailed operations manual covering all policies and procedures. Our extensive video library provides supplemental training on marketing, displays, returns, exchanges, and special orders. Your dedicated franchise representative will provide ongoing guidance through regular check-ins to reinforce these concepts and address new challenges.
