Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Any modification, including adding patches, makes the item ineligible.
How to Start a Return
Submit a Return Authorization (RA) request via the online portal, by phone ((410) 304 0303), or by email ([email protected]). Do not ship anything until you receive your RA number and return address. Packages sent without an RA will be refused.
Repack the item in a secure outer box. Do not place labels directly on product packaging. Include the RA form inside the parcel and write the RA number clearly on the outside.
You are responsible for return shipping. Keep your tracking number until the process is complete.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 8–10 business days.
Exchanges
For size or color changes, follow the return steps. After inspection, the replacement is shipped at no extra cost. Checking the size guide before ordering can help avoid repeat exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support. A prepaid return label will be provided. After inspection, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
