We ship orders Monday through Friday and the cut off time to process your order same day is 3pm. Next Day Air Service means your order will be delivered the following business day. If you place your Next Day Air order Friday night, it will ship Monday morning, and be delivered on Tuesday. Once packages are picked up by our carrier, they are responsible for the package.

Yes, we will email you your tracking number once it is assigned and handed over to the warehouse for shipment. Please note, although your order has been marked shipped and you receive this email confirmation, please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking activity to follow.

We are unable to modify any order once it has been placed and handed to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please give us a call so we may contact the carrier. A Reroute fee or address correction fee will be charged to have the address changed as well as additional shipping cost.
