We are excited to announce that our dropshipping program has transitioned to our dedicated sister company, Renegade Classics. To provide you with the best possible service, platform, and product selection, all new and existing dropshipping partnerships are now managed through Renegade Classics.
What is Drop Shipping?
Drop Shipping is a retail fulfillment method where a company doesn't stock the products it sells. Instead, when you sell a product, you purchase the item from Renegade Classics, and we have it shipped directly to your customer. As a result, you never see or handle the product, making it a simple and efficient way to run your e-commerce business.
How Dropshipping Works with Renegade Classics
Renegade Classics, a dedicated Shopify website, offers a streamlined and modern dropshipping program. We provide two flexible options to best fit your business needs:
1. Shopify Collective
This is the easiest and most integrated option for merchants who also use Shopify. Shopify Collective allows you to seamlessly add Renegade Classics products to your own Shopify store with just a few clicks. Inventory, pricing, and product details are automatically synced, and orders are forwarded and fulfilled automatically. It's the ultimate "set it and forget it" solution for Shopify users.
2. Products CSV Feeds
For merchants on other e-commerce platforms (like WooCommerce, Wix, etc.) or those who prefer more manual control, we offer comprehensive Products CSV Feeds. This feed is automatically updated daily with our latest product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. You can easily import this data into your store's system, giving you the flexibility to manage your product listings exactly how you want.

Policies & Procedures
To ensure a smooth and transparent partnership, please review our detailed policies below.
Drop Ship Fees
A flat rate drop ship fee of $4.00 per order applies to all drop ship orders.
Order Placement
- Shopify Collective Users: Orders are automatically forwarded to us for fulfillment.
- CSV Feed Users: Orders must be entered directly through our dealer portal on the Renegade Classics website or by emailing your purchase order to support@renegadeclassics.com.
Blind Shipping & Paperwork
- We will NEVER send any invoices, pricing information, or promotional materials from Renegade Classics in the package. Your relationship with your customer is protected.
- All orders are "blind-shipped" by default. Your dealer name and address will be displayed in the "return address" field on the shipping label.
- If you provide a custom packing slip at the time of placing your order, we are more than happy to include it in your package.
Shipping Methods
- Renegade Classics ships all drop ship orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL. We will automatically choose the most cost-effective option on your behalf.
- If a specific shipping method is requested (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air), we are happy to adhere to that request. The charges for expedited shipping will be billed to you at the time of invoicing.
Payment & Invoicing
- We require a valid credit card on file for your Dealer Account, which will be charged at the time of invoicing for your daily orders.
- Your invoices, containing all tracking information and charges, will be emailed to you at the end of each business day.
- If an incorrect address is provided by you, any address correction charges from the shipping carrier will be billed to your account separately.
Returns & Exchanges
- Renegade Classics will not administer or handle any returns/exchanges directly from your customers. All communication must go through you, the dealer.
- All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Renegade Classics Associate.
- We will gladly process returns/exchanges with an RA# within 30 days of purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will apply for any new item sent out in an exchange.
- Damaged Merchandise: Please instruct your customer to contact you ASAP so we may initiate a claim. You have five (5) business days, from the receipt of the merchandise, to contact us.
- We will refuse any return/exchange packages without an RA# clearly written on the outside of the box.
- All merchandise must be shipped in its original manufacturer's packaging and condition. Please place the merchandise box inside a separate shipping box. DO NOT ship the merchandise box by itself.
International Shipping
- Renegade Classics offers international shipping for all our Dedicated Dealers. All international shipments are sent via USPS or DHL (6-10 days), unless otherwise requested.
- Any and all charges from customs, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the Client/Dealer.
Product Assets (Images, Descriptions, etc.)
- Shopify Collective Users: Product images, descriptions, and other assets are automatically synced to your store.
- CSV Feed Users: All product descriptions and links to images are included in the downloadable CSV file.
- UPC Codes: If you require UPC codes for our products, please send your request to support@renegadeclassics.com, and we will provide you with the complete list.
